About us

My name is Halldór and I have been practicing Gracie jiu jitsu since 2008 under the guidance of Master Pedro Sauer who is an 8 degree coral belt under grandmaster Helio Gracie and Rickson Gracie.

I received my black belt in jiu jitsu in November 2019 from Pedro Sauer and my first degree in October 2022.

I have been sharing my knowledge since I was a blue belt and have always been focused on the basics in the art of jiu jitsu but I do admit I like fancy stuff once in a while.

I have been teaching at our current location, Engjavegur 7 in Reykjavík, since January 2020.
